 Missions and Church Growth

Objective:       The missions programme in LIFE equips students to reflect on the historical, theological, cultural and strategic realities that impact effective cross-cultural witness and service. As agents of the Great Commission, students are prepared to exegete Scripture and cultural context, avoiding the mistakes of the past while using the most effective means possible to advance the gospel.

Students will have numerous hands-on learning opportunities to give them deeper insight into cross-cultural communication and spreading the gospel. Coursework will focus on studying people groups and cultures, understanding linguistic and cultural diversity, and developing meaningful relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
